Hello fans and supporters of LimeJuice, Proton Gaming and all of our partners and projects! We want to first take this time to thank all of you for coming along with us on this journey into gaming, esports, blockchain, NFT’s and most of all, fun!
We have accomplished so much over the last 2 years. It’s hard to even believe it’s been that long! We’ve forged the foundation of a solid company with many irons in the fire so to speak.
LimeJuice & Proton Gaming have officially partnered with several amazing companies and brands and we want to thank Intergalactic Gaming, XSplit, ElGato, Grinding Coffee Co and Agent Ink for their support. We will continue to find like-minded brands whose respective visions align with our own.
Our most significant achievement to date has to be that we have created the worlds first, and only, esports team which shares its winnings with its supporters via digital currency. Proton Gaming would not be possible without all of you and we thank you for that.
We have signed some incredible talent to the Proton Gaming team.
We’ve been fortunate to sign some very well known players. Perfect Legend, Coach Steve, The Cool Kid & FGC Flash have a massive outreach and see roughly 6–8 million impressions per month on Twitter alone. They also consistently create high quality content for the community!! Look for it on YouTube! These guys have been playing well in online tournaments but really look for them to shine when live tournaments begin again!
We have also been fortunate to find a few rising stars who have already done an amazing job! M9FPS & MrTurbi have burst into the scene for Proton Gaming and have already won several million IGG just from competing on the Intergalactic Gaming platform! Look for more from this duo in the months ahead!
Our most recent signing is a fantastic content creator & entertainer. When she isn’t “on set” via her acting career, BeenaBabGirl can be found entertaining her streaming community! Several days a week you can find her battling level bosses or teaming up with friends or followers for some Fortnite action, etc.
Look for BeenaBabGirl to maybe do some hosting appearances or even to begin introducing games from LimeJuice and our partners in the future. She’ll get some exclusive access to show off!
We know it’s been a long wait but, soon you will see a massive update of the BlackSalt Coreuption fighting game. As new consoles and technology are being announced (and while Nintendo has been QC checking the initial version of the game) developer Jesse Wright saw a need and an opportunity to improve the visuals of the game and add two game modes.
We will be introducing the updated version of the game on Steam in October and at a very, very low cost, as we know the wait has been long. We think you’ll see a nearly brand new game.
The update will be provided to Nintendo as well and we expect the Nintendo Store Page for BlackSalt Coreuption to be up within 60 days.
COVID-19 and the difficulties surrounding the pandemic have certainly affected a few of our projects. The delay of BlackSalt Coreuption may have proven to be a way to improve the game however the KLOUT project has been placed on hold.
Uncertainty surrounding personal interaction with sports teams, celebrities, influencers, etc, has eliminated many of the opportunities we foresaw with KLOUT. While this situation may change in 2021, we are searching for ways to pivot to a new model using the same fundamental idea. More to come on that front!
We would like to thank our partner projects and we look forward to helping promote all of them! Many exciting things will be coming from DApp Evolution, Hive, Empire Arcadia, etc. Truly exciting times are ahead!
Of course we also want to thank all of you, again, for being with us, supporting, rooting for the Proton Gaming squad and all of the other ways you help this project keep moving.
One of LimeJuice’s core business goals is to help bridge the gap between traditional gaming and blockchain technology.
We like to think we are helping usher new people into the blockchain world to facilitate adoption.
We continue to develop relationships with various esports organizations, game studios and developers, tournament organizers & production personnel as well as many others. We continue to answer questions from them and help educate them as to the benefits of blockchain technology. We will always look to provide any service we can, or that may be supplied by our business partners, to innovate and spur adoption.
Having said that, there has been recent movement by one of our partners which has led LimeJuice to consider various aspects of our business. Proton Gaming and Team Kairos will be moving it’s team tokens over to the Matic network in alignment with Intergalactic Gaming’s move to the Matic chain.
We do also feel that the gaming (video gaming) community appears it will be best supported by the Matic network. Having met several members of the Matic team at the Blockchain Summit within E3 (2019) it was very apparent team Matic are very much gaming-centric. KLOUT, Team KaiRoS & LimeJuice were sponsors of that event so we were able to hear first-hand the effort and vision of the Matic team.
Therefore it only makes sense that LimeJuice will also be migrating our $JUICE token to Matic. The TRC10 token will be upgraded once it migrates to Matic. The swap will be automated.
Currently JUICE is a marker for those holding our PRO & TKG tokens which determines the wallet addresses to be rewarded when Proton Gaming brings in tournament winnings or if other parts of the LimeJuice business has funds available for rewards.
We do envision having the future ability to choose what tokens you receive as rewards for holding JUICE. This could be Matic, TRX, KLV even BTC. We will be working to make this a possibility.
That is a lot to unpack and digest but we want to provide all of the information we can before moving forward.
We will be having a whitelisted trading event in Q4. It is our very first trading event as our JUICE token has always been given away to PRO & TKG holders. If you have any interest in being added to the list for this trading event and receiving updates with details of the format, please send a PM to myself, Johnny or Anthony as soon as possible.
There will not be a large amount of JUICE available to be traded.
